The Trader Portugal reports that despite careful updates made to the website, the prices indicated may contain errors. Any prices shown with error will be corrected as soon as possible and will not be binding on the Trader Portugal.

4.1. delivery: When and where


Deliveries are made Monday through Friday. Not if they deliver on weekends or on public holidays. Orders can be delivered only in private residences or in companies.

Deliveries are carried out during normal working hours. Thus, to facilitate delivery, customers are asked to indicate the address of work or any other address you can be someone to receive the package.

The amount payable for the purchase and the delivery costs will be refunded to the customer as soon as the warehouse has processed the return of products. The Trader Portugal States that it is necessary to check the delivery within a reasonable period of time after the reception. In case of not being received any notice of rejection of products within 30 days after delivery, the Trader Portugal considers the customer accepted the delivery. This does not affect the customer's right to return or Exchange any order, as defined in section 6below.


Delivery charges apply to each order. The exact costs of each delivery depend on the country of destination. In countries outside of the European Community the Trader Portugal does not support the customs duties to be charged, getting the same on behalf of the client.

6. returns and exchanges

6.1. Devolution of non-conforming products

The customer has the right to return defective or non-conforming products. The client offers 2 months after the detection of non-conformity of the product to inform a Trader Portugal about the defect or lack of conformity and return the product to the Trader Portugal

If the customer return a product because it is defective or is not in compliance and the return is approved, the Trader Portugal shall reimburse the value of the product and the delivery costs, as well as the direct costs incurred by the return, within thirty (30)days after receiving the returned product in Trader Portugal.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the customer enjoys the rights as a consumer under the mandatory consumer protection law.

6.2. product returns for any reason (right of withdrawal)

If, for any reason, the customer is not satisfied with products purchased, will have 30calendar days from the date of delivery to return the product without having to explainthe reason for return. The customer can return the product purchased, provided that:

The product has not been washed or used in any way (other than reasonable wear and tear due to verification and/or product testing).

The product is complete (two elements that form a pair must be returned together).

The product must be returned and the customer must assume the expenses of this return. Products must be returned in its original packaging and with the respective labels, along with the applicable Refund. 6.3. Return of products

At this point, it is not possible to perform the exchange of products. To obtain a product in another color or size, the customer must return the original article and make a new order through the Web site of Trader Portugal.

7.2. The promotional codes are personal and not transferable. Can only be used for purchases on the website. The customer may not sell, trade or assign the promotional code. The promotional code cannot be loaded or disseminated through Web sites or other media making public offerings, gifts, sales or exchanges. Promotional codes cannot be used for commercial purposes.

7.3. you can only use one promotion code per product and per order. Promotional codes may not be combined with any other special offers or promotions.

7.4. The promotional codes cannot be redeemed for cash.

7.5. the Trader Portugal does not have any obligation to reissue or redeem promotional codes. However, if the Trader Portugal decide of their own accord to reissue or refund promotional codes, you will need the promotional code from client to do. Thus, the client who always store a copy of the promotional code, without which it is not possible to reemit  it or refund you in case of loss.

7.6. the Trader Portugal reserves the right to cancel immediately a promotional code if you suspect is being used in violation of one of the above conditions, in any other way inappropriate or if it has reasonable grounds to cancel it.

8. VALIDITY of the OFFER ("SALES promotion")

The promotional offers presented on the website to increase sales of particular products are valid only during the time in which they appear on the website, unlessotherwise specified in the same.


9.1. these terms and conditions of sale define the full extent of the obligations and responsibilities of Trader Portugal with regard to the supply of products. There are no warranties, conditions or other terms that are binding on the Trader Portugal, except as expressly stated in these terms and conditions of sale.

9.2. Subject to clause 9.4, the aggregate maximum liability of one party against the other on any kind of claim or in connection with these terms and conditions of sale, whether in terms of contract, warranty, condition, tort, strict liability, law or otherwise, SHALL BE LIMITED to the amount paid to the "TRADER PORTUGAL" for the PRODUCT in QUESTION.

9.3. Subject to clause 9.4, whether due to BREACH OF CONTRACT, warranty, condition, tort, strict liability, LAW OR OTHERWISE, NEITHER PARTY WILL BE LIABLE under any circumstances in relation to the other for ANY SPECIAL, consequential, incidental or INDIRECT DAMAGES.

9.4. nothing in the present terms and conditions of sale shall limit or exclude the liability of Trader Portugal for (i) death or personal injury caused by the negligence ofTrader Portugal, (ii) fraud, (iii) any breach of the obligations implied by applicable compulsorynational laws or (iv) any liability which cannot be excluded by law.


Customers are informed that their personal data will be included on Trader Portugalproperty files for commercial purposes, customer relations management, advertisingand commercial prospecting, including sending (by mail, e-mail or other electronicmeans) for commercial messages concerning products, services, offers, promotions and news from the Trader Portugal group.

For objectives directly related to the processing of personal data, the customer'spersonal data may be transmitted to other companies in the Group Portugal Trader, which may be located outside the European economic area (EEA), including countriesthat do not have a comparable level of data protection. The Trader Portugal and any third parties to whom the personal data transmitting Portugal Trader will implement and maintain technical and organizational security measures, that are appropriate and sufficient  to prevent the processing of personal data on: (a) violation of these terms and conditions of sale or of the applicable data protection laws; and (b) any loss, destruction or accidental damage of personal data.

The client can exercise the rights of access, rectification or objection to the use of your personal information through a written request sent to Trader Portugal (Portugal), or by e-mail to mo@traderportugal.com. The client guarantees that your personal data provided to Trader Portugal are correct and reliable.

Any dispute or discrepancy arising from the application or interpretation of these term sand conditions of sale, as well as the contracts that are part of the same, shall be resolved in the courts of the city of Ponta Delgada, Portugal, which will have exclusive jurisdiction over any other jurisdiction. However, if the client enjoy the status of consumer under Portuguese law for the defence of consumers and users, the competent courts shall be those of the consumer's place of residence in Portuguese territory.
